Unable to gain access to my main account

    Hi there! I am writing this in regards to my main account. I cannot gain access to it as the server is saying index external instead of index internal so it's kicking me straight out when I log in. I've noticed that all other accounts on my IP are working just fine but my main isn't. I want to know why please.
