Unable to play

hello around the time that the back page stopped working i have been unable to connect to the game, the establishing connection box will show up and i will be unable to connect, now if i exit and re try after maybe 10-30 attempts itll load me into dark orbit finally, but the chat system will keep disconnecting and trying to reconnect, additionally if i try to jump port into a different map the game will sort of freeze and i cannot do anything. i have logged in on my friends laptop and it works fine so i believe it has something to do with flash player or java settings on my laptop, i have cleared my cache updated browser and updated plug ins, it may be a missing plug in but i dont know how to check for that. i am unable to play the game right now and it is very upsetting i would appreciate this being looked into.

Could you please give this a try:
Log out of the game... go to your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

Then go to the flash player - here is a link> http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html

Delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
