Unfair Death In Alpha Gate

    Hello! So i was in my Alpha on the siblonit wave it was running extremely well and just as i was starting to finish the wave my game started getting extremely laggy and my locks took around 5 seconds to change, to start shooting took around another 5 seconds. I couldnt move either... As it would take around 5 seconds for my ship to respond to just about anything including moving around.

    Will DarkOrbit refund the life by anychance?

    Hi

    We never refund individual lives unless it is a known server or game wide problem and then support will book them back automatically.

    All we can offer you is a gate reset if you lose the gate and then only if you have not had a reset in the past 30 days. I can also suggest that you clear your cache and temp files and make sure your flash player is upto date before you next jump in and if you lose the whole gate please post back and let us know.
