Unpaid Payment / No email received ?

    Hello,

    So I purchased Uridium last MHH with my creditcard, which the system took back due to lack of Payment last night (My Creditcard says it paid today morning...). So I contacted Payment support, they said I should have a pop-up no payment page and receive an email of my outstanding payments.

    None of this happened. I just confirmed my email address of the account, Which might be the reason that I did not receive an email about the outstanding payments, But I can also not see any kind of notification my the payment page.

    My question :1. I did not receive an email because my email was not verified , that is clear, But why don't I have a notification on the payment page ? Is it because my Card Already payed and it takes time for the system to refund ?

    2. If the above can not be explained the way I thought it could be , Can any of the forum admins Visualize the notification for me Or do I have to contact ''Support'' Or''Payment Support'' Which of both.

    I appreciate and thank you in anticipation for the time you took to handle this issue or help me any futher

    Unfortunately any questions regarding payment issues must be directed to Support. They are the only ones that can assist you.

    Closing as player has been referred to Support.
