Unplayable Game Conditions on USA EAST 2 with Flash Client

I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue that has been making the game unplayable on USA EAST 2 when using the Flash client.
For quite some time now, the game has been experiencing severe delays and errors. Simple actions, such as navigating to the back page, take over 5 minutes to load, and more often than not the process results in an error. This forces players to wait another 5 minutes or more to retry, creating an extremely frustrating and unenjoyable experience.
This issue has persisted for far too long, and it is significantly impacting the ability to play the game. Many players, including myself, are finding it impossible to progress or enjoy the game under these conditions.

I am reporting that the severe delays and errors on USA EAST 2 have returned. After my last post, the game started working fine for a while, but now the same problems are back. Simple actions like navigating to the back page take several minutes to load, often resulting in errors that force players to retry multiple times.
This issue is making the game frustrating and nearly unplayable again. Since it was temporarily fixed before, could you please investigate what is causing it to return? Any updates or fixes would be greatly appreciated by the community.

 

These issues have returned for me on GA2 as well. Extremely frustrating
