    Hello,
    I was writing a support ticket and as I sent it, I forgot to include some other details. I was just wondering if there was a way to update my ticket.

    I would think open the last mail received from support which should be an automated response... and reply to it... this should give you the opportunity to add any additional information to the ticket and keep all the information together.
