Update on Ban Wave

    Hello Space Pilots,

    After our latest ban wave, we got a lot of complaints from players saying that they are innocent and that they didn’t exploit the Monthly Deluxe Calendar.

    We investigated this and here are the facts:
    • The players that have been punished could be identified for using the bug.
    • However, we could see in some further investigations that there have been also punishments for players who only did a small number of exploits and we think that they might have used it unintentionally (we always like to believe in the good in man ;)).
    • Nevertheless, these players triggered our exploit detection even if it was unintentionally. But as a goodwill action, we are willing to reverse our ban decision for those players.
    Therefore, we are planning to unban those players and giving them back the rewards they should have been able to claim from the monthly deluxe calendar during the ban period. This unbanning and booking action will take place within the next hours.

    We also decided to give those 1 week of premium and 1 week of rebate subscription as a gesture of goodwill for the loss of playtime. But the booking of this will take presumably until the end of the week because this kind of booking will be done by our payment team.

    We are also working on actions that we take against players who exploited a bug with the missions, more information will follow soon.
