Update to the help button on client

    So admins can normally share the link to the chat rules by posting in chat, There is already a place provided on the client page for helpful info...So how about we put the link or a button that uses the link to take players to the chat rules in forums?

    It would be convenient, easy to access and there would be no reason player cant stay updated on what they can and cant put in chat.
