upgrade hour

    I'm pretty sure upgrade hour was between 6pm and 7pm uk time on gb1. On fridays.
    Just checked but it's not on. Anyone know what's up?

    It is random, but it has shown up the most on Fridays after 7 pm server time.

    I think it is like every 2 weeks (on friday, 7pm local server time) :)
