    Every time I do an upgrade I do 100%. I should not have to wait to see the results. I win. Done... over.

    They need to remove this timer from the 100% upgrades.

    Agreed.
    however... I can almost picture it now. They'll add a price to make items upgrade instantly.

    Yup, just like customer service - send you a email that will flash on your screen whilst you are playing. +1

    100% is not 100% - lol - it happened to three times and D.O. just wants to make you wait. :D
