    When can you get the things that bonus the Uridium you get on next purchase by x2?
    I know they drop in boxes on special events or use to. Is that still the case?

    Also; Is happy hour still a thing?

    Also how do you unlock level 3 for PET protocol etc?

    the best to go for is Mega happy hour which give x3 bonus for all packs of uridium
    happy hour on the other hand is only x2
    time for Mhh is not certain but there are few guys who knows when will it be
    last time i ask a member in my teamspeak and he was right so i advice you to ask your members

    Happy Hour, along with Mega Happy Hour, both occur at random times throughout the week. So no one can give you a direct answer to that. I believe what you are referring to in the second part of your question was called the "Banking Multiplier", which has been removed from the game.
