USA East 1 Server issues today?

I am having issues again trying to log into Dark Orbit. There was just recently a server reset this morning at 9:45AM Central time ish. I have not been able to log back in the page is stuck on loading. Plus I have been having issues with the backpage again.

Is this a server issue or on my end? I just bought a brand new iMac and I have 50 mpbs speed so it's not my internet connection. I am using Google Chrome is that not supported? Is Firefox the only recommended browser? I have had issue with Firefox in the past runing this game just wonder what is going so I can fix this and have a better gaming experience thanks!

my friend said, his can login, but ONLY him in game when he check user on chat

ok, thanks guys for posting thought maybe it might be my set up. Very disappointing to see this issue. I guess we can always expect problems to happen, as it's just a fact of life. Though I wonder if other people been having lag issues this week too? I been having issues with lag in maps a bit with my frames per second rate being kinda low but it seems to fix after I relog for a while at least. Either way it's concerning to see these issues with so few players playing and the Dark Orbit Reload is intending to get MORE players well... not sure how that will work with server issues of them going down with the current number of players..

It does seem concerning, and I wonder if this whole Dark Orbit Reload is mostly smoke and mirrors. I mean if the servers struggle to handle the existing amount how can they expect to keep them up with more? I would imagine new players would give up on the game pretty quick if they have to deal with servers down.. ever time you have a player not able to play he starts to play a different game and if they are new they are not addicted enough to REALLY want to come back when they come back up...

I don't know but I will be looking forward to them being fixed and DO staff explaining what the issue. I guess it's back to Minecraft for now lol
