Used to have Galaxy Gate ring

    Hello,
    So my username is urmumma23, and it used to be HunterT.
    This account is atleast 5 years old.
    I have come back to DarkOrbit after about 3 years of not being on.
    I came back and noticed that my Galaxy Gate A ring was gone..
    and according to the video I was level 12? I just hit level 12 today.. odd

    Well anyways here's my proof that it's me... It's a dumb video but what ever

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your patience whilst we take a look at this for you.

    The User ID that you have provided shows us an account registered in 2013, with no recollection of any completed gates upon it. Based on the video you have provided, which has the old-style graphics, i have concluded that the account you currently play is certainly not the same one that you have posted on the video. This is why you will not be seeing a ring on your current account.

    If you would like this to get looked into further, then i would advise that you contact support for any assistance.
