venezualan accounts on global america

ok am just going to say this dont care who it hurts but im well known on gb2 and ga1 , and in recent weeks shared ts with a clan from gb1 [removed] .
they abuse the game using venezualan accounts they are i believe known also for their bullying and harassement on gb1 server and never seem to get halted.
I know from personal experience of talking to them now , yes they are using venezualan accounts and from what i have heard on ts omg the bullying and what is written in chat , its disgusting.
are dark orbit going to let this slide again, check all their accounts please,
I know i will lose friends over this, i know some in my clan also used but that has stopped now, im sorry guys , just cant let it go on

I think it's ridiculous how people would prefer to spend about 400 dollars rather then 2 grand to get UFE.

N.B: Never have used VZ payment method, you can see the appeal though. The main issue with the game is it would be a great game if it wasn't so expensive. Get's on everyones nerves how you can spend thousands and get a sub-par user experience.

Regarding the "Venezuelan accounts" issue; I know this is an increasing concern throughout the community, we see it here in forums and plenty more in chat, and I know the general consensus seems to be nothing is happening to those abusing this but there are measures that have been put in place to combat this. We know there are concerns about the 'cost' of the game, we hear that loud and clear and pass that on pretty regularly I think. So while the 'appeal' to engage in this may be there, this is still an exploit. I won't pretend to know exactly what will come of those abusing this, but I would say too many players have had to learn about exploits and cheating the hard way and found there is an "ultimate" solution to individual accounts.

As to the harassment in chat; there's a lot of this going on and it isn't isolated to any one server. However, keeping up with and ensuring we resolve this is an increasingly challenging, for lack of a better word. That doesn't mean we (or support even) are dealing with it to any lesser degree, but we need help from players too.

There are so many factors involved with harassment. The unfortunate truth in this would be that there are only so many hours in a day and people to monitor, track and deal with these matters appropriately, and even then we all need a rest some time. So I urge you, if there is ongoing harassment, please know you can report it to us here via the chat section (it is private, other users cannot see your threads there), or you can report it to support.
We ask for server, room, names of those involved (exact copy & pastes, please), roughly when it occurred (server time if possible as timezones vary), screenshots or pasted logs from the chat can help as well.
Note: support requires a screenshot, and near always seems to ask for them.

I'm not saying we are always going to miss what goes on, or the next time "it" happens, but it's easier to check and find that something was dealt with at the time than be told a month later that we have done nothing and we have had no information to work, or even start, with.

The harassment process is not a short process by any means, it takes time and it takes cooperation between players and us. There are thousands of players/accounts to keep up with, we aren't all going to know who is doing what, when or why though I can say we will try to. In the end we still have to look into and review everything before just upping someone for harassment, it's a serious offense and it is not something we issue lightly.

I hope that may at least help shed some light, because neither of these things are going unnoticed by us (or support).

They are all over 100 's of new accounts on GE 1 ,it seems all of anti social types from other servers are here now.

same ones that cheated and boted are doing this ...and BP is doing nothing

BP should refund them and ban all those accounts ,those few from Venezuela that live there get to prove it with passport or ID copy and keep their cheap uri.
