I have seen an increase of people using the venezula ip on gb servers where you basically get uri for cheaper. i wanted to ask shoudlnt this be bannable as its not fair on the other players who do pay the proper prices?

Payment from venezuela country . Because the income is very low there , the prices for uri are also very low . So a lot of players from another countries use a venezuela proxy to buy uri from there at a better price . From what i know , some months ago the prices were lower than were now . Now if you pay with a non-venezuelan proxy once , you won't receive those offers anymore but for those who still pay only from there , the prices remain low . BP knows about this ,,abuse" but it's an important income because a lot people consider that the prices for uri are too high and they search for a cheaper one . It was a bug and you get with 2 euro , 1 million uri ( you see a lot of accounts with 20 million uri ... ) but now is fixed . It isn't fair but they are pocket players so is still a plus for BP . Probably they will find a solution if more and more players will start protest about this stopping the use of the credit card .

 

It's $30 for 1m uri now, although unless you spend in bitcoins it is impossible not to trace your payment back to your real country so although a first account could start, after your first purchase it's reverted back.
