    No it doesn't. That was changed a while ago. Only back-up shield cancels out the Shield leech.

    - And why spend 250k uridium on venom, when you could get it on the auction house? It's a complete waste of uridium & time. (only applies if you hadn't bought the Venom, before it was released onto auction)
