    What is better for PvP and PvE, Aegis Vetran or Elite.

    I don't have either of these but from what I can tell the Elite is way better with the 5% Dmg bonus.That alone is enough for me but I think there are some added bonuses to the abilities cool down as well. "changes to the duration of the Aegis' skills: 50% increase for Repair Pod, 20% decrease for Shield Repair and 10% decrease for HP Repair." I think this would be excellent for PvP and PvE due to the cooldown and of course the dmg boost, But that's just me.

    By decrease, it's talking about the DURATION, not COOLDOWN.
    To sum it up, the Aegis repair pod lasts longer with Elite design on, but the HP Repair and Shield repair lasts less.
    Cooldowns are the same.
