    Do you want a recorder??Hypercam Is great.If you want an editor..Sony vegas pro would do the job.This is not the section where you should post this.Speakers corner may be a better option.I hope helped :p

    Sony Vegas is expensive. Although it gets the job done very well, it is extremely expensive.

    I am assuming you mean putting clips of videos together, so here are some programs that I have used in the past:
    1. For Mac, I use iMovie, it comes free with almost every Mac and is both strong and easy to use.
    2. For Windows, I suggest Windows Movie Maker. It is a very low version of iMovie, but it gets the job done for simple clips getting put together.
    Both programs are free (iMovie is only for Mac). But if you have Windows and you want to get a free program, Windows Movie Maker is your best option.
