Video on skylab

Okay so i send some sep to my ship and went to watch a video to speed it up as i didnt have enough uri.

I watched the video till the end without leaving the browser or minimizing it, i did not get the "incentive". thought it was a little glitch and watched it again(actually exited and refreshed page then clicked it) Still nothing. Ermmm... Quite sure if its called an incentive you get something back for doing something.

So why call it incentive if it... actually why have it at all if it wont work. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me either.

I also hope you aware that the screen the video pops up in does not actually fit the screen and the Green "get Reward" button is actually off the screen so you cant see it, right?

Of course you knew that.

 

†Puяple†Minion†, Have you tried clearing your cache? A good resource for this can be found >Here<. You can also try it in a different browser.

I have tried Firefox and IE, Still nothing, I have whiped everything inculding cache

 

As videos are provided by an outside vendors... I would recommend that you contact support and ask how you should proceed at this time.
