Videos bugged?

I just watched two videos to speed up my SkyLab upgrades and after the videos were done there was a button to 'redeem' it. However, I just watched another two vids and no buttons at the end and when I close the window it didn't speed up the progress either.

Known bug?

Have you tried clearing your cache? An excellent reference for this can be found >Here<. After you have watched the video you should be able to click the button "Get your reward" below the video to shorten the time.
Please let us know if this is still an issue.

I cleared the browser cache as well as the flash cache, but the problem is persistent.

I'm using Opera 20.0.1387.91 and the flash 13.0.0.182, which is both the latest versions available.

 

Same thing with me this was happening to me from months but i never really used it only used it 1st time when it came out and since then i have cleared cache like 20-30 times the video option never works for me.

 

ok boys and girls - here's the trick to the ad videos.

Click the video

Watch the video (or go get coffee)

When the video ends you will see the green button light on the ones equipped with a button. If no button see below.

When the button appears, it will handshake with the ad monitor program. Allow 10 seconds for the handshake.

When you click the rewards button the success button will appear. Allow another 10 seconds for the handshake before hitting that button.

When you click the success button the pop-up will be blank. Allow another 10 seconds for the handshake.

When you close the pop-up there is a screen refresh and another handshake you do not see. Allow another 10 seconds for that to happen before attempting to hit the button to try the next ad.

Certain ads do not have a green button. It's an all in one ad. These are tricky. My best advice is after the ad completes allow 30 seconds before closing out the window. Another trick is to simply run the ad a second time just to be certain.

You get 4 ads per day. If you click back and the ad button is not there click over to upgrades, hanger, home page or something else and back to skylab. It should reappear.

haha you guys are lucky, no matter what i do, clear cache, diff browsers, diff pc this is the same image i get over and over ...

I strongly recommend that you read what I wrote in my opening post instead of acting like people are too dumb to see the obvious.

I stated already that

a) the button is not there
b) the time was not reduced in the lab after the video had finished.

That's what you see when you have an ad-block active. If you deactivate it before clicking the video link in the lab, it works.
If you don't recall having an ad-block it might come with your firewall/internet security and might be turned on by default or it's a default browser option.

Worth checking the settings. :]

UPDATE:

So far I noticed that it's always the greenpeace youtube video that doesn't work.
