videos in skylab defective

hi, for awhile now the videos to get 45 mins off hasnt been working. i ignored at first thinking it would come right but sadly no, please look into it

What browser are you using and do you have popup blockers or ad blockers running.

I use chrome and usually have adblock running and I found it was blocking the videos. Since I made a point of turning the adblock off when I want to see the vids I am finding that they work every time.

using firefox, always have with no problems. adblock never blocked before so why would it now? not keen on chrome, so i guess no vids for me.

 

Sometimes updates occur that can change the normal function of a browser. It is possible that there was an update to either the ad blocker or to your browser. I would recommend disabling the ad block temporarily and reloading to see if that is the cause of the issue.
