Virtual Private Network VPN

I get low FPS under 5 FPS at times, I have try everything I can on the screen settings... So, I was looking around the net to this problem... I found virtual private network that people have to pay for...

My question is can I log on to DO using a VNP server without getting banned on DO lol just a question since they have so many rules here

 

I use a VPN to play for half the year and never had an issue, the only time I think it becomes one is if people are using them to get around an IP chat ban, which are hardly ever given out anymore.

The bad news, a VPN won't solve FPS issues. FPS is normally related to hardware, sometimes a change in browser can make a difference too. VPN is normally used when a internet networks firewall blocks the ports DO uses or the ISP is throttling which results in very high latency.

 

that's what I was getting at is the location with a vpn I can be where the connection is at... For wast or east connections...

But as you say, could be a number of reasons why some get low FPS.... Slow PC, Graphic Cards, connection, service provider.... and so on

All over, I just pick the current one with best uptime, can be in Europe, Asia or America etc.
