Voucher code

When I enter a code i got I get the message "Error: The code for your account is not available." It doesn't give the normal "Error: Code not found." or the error you get when the code was already used. Do I have to be on a certain server to use the code?

The server should not matter, if you highlight on the code portion in the email - then click Crtl C. Got to the voucher code area, place the cursor in there and hit Crtl V. (Make sure you have not added a space in front. Enter the Captcha code and should work.

I tried again copying it, but I got the same "The code for your account is not available" error. I think the code was correct, as I didn't get the message "Code not found." Btw, it is a code from a Dutch online Magazine.

 

That code would only work on a Dutch server.

It does make a difference.
If you recieved an email code the process I mentioned should work.
