Voucher given to wrong account

  1. So I received a voucher by e-mail for the 5k RSB like everyone got. And usually, DO sends an actual code so I get to type it in on my account and what I'm about to say doesn't get a chance to become an issue.

    But now there's a link in the e-mail you're supposed to click that credits it automatically.

    The problem is that there is more than one account hooked up to this e-mail. My brother who is way younger than me started playing when he didn't even know much about the internet and thought it would be ok to use my e-mail address to register a number of accounts.

    So I have two requests:

    1. Hopefully I can get mailed another code by e-mail that is addressed to this account so I can still reap the benefits of that 5k RSB

    OR

    2. I want to disconnect those DO accounts from this e-mail. How do I go about that?

    I think the way they've started doing this in the emails is also a security risk, as anyone with access to the email will be able to bypass the DO password in one click. Not good.

    I suggest the second one. go to your brother game account and change the registered email to new one[create one new mail ID], and confirm the change. then come back to your mail and get the benefits to your game account. that is also better for security reasons.
