    I got only 1 of the vouchers.I didnt got the spearhead one :( Sent a mail to support I hope they fix it :)

    1. Have you checked your spam folder and with gmail there should be a window at the top that says "promotions".
    2. Have you got the "receive news letter" activated in darkorbit player profile?
    3. You can always ask support to see if they have you in the "blacklist" emails.

    I have checked spam and I use hotmail.I received the 5o energy/ubr rockets voucher but not the spear one

    Not everyone gets the Spearhead one.
    When I used my voucher, I freaking used it on the wrong account. I have the other for EIC, primary in VRU xD
    I haven't used any of the bonuses though, hoping that support can remove the items and have the code re-validated, so I can use on the account I want it on :3

    Maybe you just didn't get it yet, maybe you won't get it, you should contact support if you feel as though it's taken to long for the voucher to be sent to you.

    For those of you that have not received a voucher You can try what I did and that was to sign out of my email accounts and clear cache then sign back in. It worked for all emails and I received some voucher emails that were not there beforehand.

    Voucher codes differ from player to player and they are randomly distributed.
    To know more about subscribing to Newsletter please click this link> Newsletter Registration FAQ
    If you were not subscribed to newsletter at the time they were sent out, you won't receive any voucher code.
    Regarding players who didn't receive voucher codes they can always Contact Support for further assistance.

    Closing as answered/ directed to support.
