    So ive got lots of these eVouchers from my email and i cant redeem any of them. Maxvoucher check alert projectID:47 that error pops up or it simply says its not a real code or something like that. Promises of free ammos and premium and bootey keys! OMG ALL THESE GREAT THINGS I NEVER GET TO USE! please help I REALLY need these things and i REALLY want them.

    I believe that they all have time limits in which you can claim them. If you just tried to redeem the 7th Birthday gift, then you might not be able to due to the time limit.

    I wander why voucher codes doesn't have a clearly stated validity period? Just a simple date when they expire, stated in the mail along with the voucher code.

    All promo coupons, gift codes and cards, discount coupons and what not that I've seen have a clearly stated date till they are valid. But not DO voucher codes.

    I lost my Hades gate and damage booster as, apparently, the new code "overwritten" my old Hades code. So it says that "the code can not be found", in contrast to "invalid code" when nonexistent code is entered.
    Sigh... :confused:

    Thank you for assisting this player with their question, unfortunately I think that the information you were given about the time limit is correct. As these must be used within a 24-48 hr period of time.

    I can suggest that you contact support and ask them to look in the matter further, as there may be something that they can do to assist.
