  1. some players got vouchers in the last 24 hours. but not ALL players on the same server.
    it wasn't for Razor, nor any of the other special groups that show support/admin favoritism towards a player.
    but i don't see one in my inbox...
    nor my spam...
    nor my trash folder...
    cache is clear...
    cookies are clear...
    wonder what excuses Support is going to feed us this time?
    maybe like the last one: Juturna stating none were given out, yet Kara said they were, and Rob said they were and put onto my account.
    betcha it'll be pretty much the same this time too.
    scatter braindedness and lack of info traded amongst support workers, leaving players in duress and shock at how our money spent on our accounts is being seriously mishandled.
    so, where's my voucher?
     
  2. A voucher you say? The only recent voucher was for the CBO ammo and that was a complete disaster, I don't got an email either though lol :(.
     
  3. Can you explain this voucher your talking about? Without us knowing specificaly which one your talking about, it just looks like an excuse to get "mad" at DO

    Might need to check your emails beyond the first page in all mail, as you might have received more emails and the voucher email could've moved down the list. Also, I think it's just the CBO code that some people forgot to claim/didn't see right away in their email inboxes/all mail sections.
     
  6. no, it's not something i need to expand my email box to find. i have all site links for D.O., and B.P., and Top Gamers CLub, and W.o.T., etc etc, saved in my email settings so it will not be delivered to some alternate folder.
    see, i pay for my google accounts. so naturally i have access to advanced settings in and on all my accounts. i'm also a paying member of Google+ and Microsoft Advanced Membership. so i know how my settings are set. the issue lies on Darkorbit's side, this i know for a fact. been dealing with them since 2006. a statement not many other players can make. furthermore, i used to deal with Wild Tangent, the original makers and owners of Dark Orbit.
    but that's enough on measuring time in this game.
    fact is, D.O. support sucks when it comes to customer satisfaction. we know it, they know it, and nothing's going to change it as long as there's still thousands of dollars coming in on every mega hour.

    Yeah yeah blah blah you have everything payed for, blah blah blah. And you know how to change your settings in your emails! Hot damn you must be Bill Gates!!! Oh and you used to deal with a different company that had a different game called darkorbit oh how nice!

    You must really be something "special".

    And i am on the international space station posting this while floating around. So freaking what.

    Guess all that money you "put" in means that the code your email uses to put new mail in never changes has a glitch right?

    Every computer program changes either by the programmers doing or a glitch. Go check your folders again. I have emails from darkorbit ok'ed (gasp someone else knows how to work his settings has well) to go to the inbox and yet i got 2 emails from DO one in my inbox and one in my spam box. Same date and time send and received.
     
  8. No, it is because they didn't send it you in the first place. Just put it in my DO mailbox, dorks, so I can get a flashing message that you have mail you removed cuz I am tired you sending messages to support over and over about not receiving an email from DO.

    As I am unsure exactly what voucher you are referring too, and I cannot comment if every player received them or not. As it appears that you did not for some reason or another.

    I won't speculate as to why you did not receive this, I will merely direct you back to the support department whereas they can sort this issue properly for you.
