Was 'banned' last year & just came back

    I was told late last year that I was "cheating" & was "banned". I protested this & at the time was told that I could do nothing about it....Well, I looked at a email today & see that the ban was a error in a cheat script. I also see that I was "given" Premium membership for a month + a couple of other things.

    My question is that this is the first I heard of all this & the Premium membership is now gone? I have not logged into this account due to the VERY rude way I was treated on the phone during the alleged "Cheat" & I only came back due to a interesting email that I only got today.

    IS THIS FAIR for the way I was treated?

    There is no such thing as "equal rights" when it comes to BigPoint, you take it or leave it. Sorry to have to say this, but it's the way it is with BigPoint.
