We cannot log in

    Dear English Support

    I am writing here even though I play on Czech 2 server. Half od Czech servers (1,2 and 3) cannot log in for several days, and even though you log into your account after several minutes menu stops working again. We tried our Czech and Slovak support, even Forum everything... All they do is ask from us java, flash versions, delete cookies etc. I can log in nearly in all servers but not into Czech 2 e.g. Right now it has been 3 hors I cant log in and Forum moderators as always harass us and say problem is in our computer not in Bigpoint.

    Please be so kind send this video to Bigpoint team, tell them to test Czech 2 server, there are like 50% people that cannot log in. I can log in in Global servers there is certainly problem I just want you to take a look on this few sec video and see what Logging in does... Then I showed i was connected to the internet.

    I sincerely believe you will help us in dealing with this problem, we do not have any other option than turn to you. There are different nationalities on Czech servers trying to log but cant and out support does nothing.

    Wrecking.ball, We were able to log on to the server without issue. There may be an issue between your ISP and the server you are connecting to. You may try getting in touch with the Support for your ISP and see if they can trace any potential issues.

    Hi Raijin, thanks for your answer but how can be that I can log in without any problems on e.g Global Europe 2, but Czech servers a lot of times refuses me to connect. I noticed problem appears in the times when most players log in .

    Wrecking.ball, As different servers are located in different geographical locations, the path to the specified server is different. There may be an issue between the ISP and the destination server. We have not been able to replicate the issue from our end.

    USA East 3 is down as well, we get the "Webpage not available" deal and when I log in, it redirects me to East 2 or East 1
