    Means you need to have SUPPORT correct your IP Address in the database.

    Send a ticket in with;

    Ship Name
    User ID
    Server effected
    IP Address (not computer but from internet search)
    Registered Email Address

    and wait about a week for it to be corrected.

    Hello west-star,

    Before contacting support, please verify you have completed clearing your various caches as well as rebooted your computer and your internet router/modem. These steps have resolved many similar issues and hopefully will assist in resolving the issue you are seeing as well.

    Please let us know if this makes any change in the symptoms of the error you've posted above.

    what happens if u dont do anything and wait to see if it gets fixed its never happened to me ever how would this happen.
