I was a regular player a couple of years ago, and took a break because of financial problems, now have got back in the game. I am amazed at the advancements made in the quality of graphics and in game commands, but I'm very disappointed in how game is run now. You offer in game perks but don't produce the products that you advertise, i.e. LF4 cannons in booty boxes, can you give me the ratio to how many boxes required to get 1 LF4, and then there is the unfortunate server connection problem during said promotions, come on now. You tried to do this when I played before but not on this scale, love the game but will not be played as a fool. Thanks

~Greek~, I am sorry that you do not approve of the many updates that have been made to improve the experience for all players. The chances of a LF-4 Laser in a booty box are not published to us and are the secret of the developers.
Regarding the connection issues, If you would, please put a post >Here< as we are tracking lag and connection issues in this thread.

I hope that with some time in the new Dark Orbit experience, you will find it to be better than before.

Do you have any further questions on this topic or may we close?

    Best regards,

any type of lottery it is required by law to post the chances of winning in my country, USA, and this is surely a lottery, I will dig deeper in this, be assured.

  4. Bigpoint is a German company, US laws are invalid. FYI

    Nahh, Greek is right.
And actually I can't tell you if bigpoint is German or not( not sure about it) but I know dark orbit is American. Check out legal information.
    Legal information

    Bigpoint, Inc.
    580 California Street 12th Floor
San Francisco CA 94104 / USA

Oh and another thing, if you say USA laws are invalid, then why almost 16states out of 50 are stated on the terms and conditions that they can't paticipate in prize tournaments?

This is copied straight of terms and conditions:
Notwithstanding the eligibility requirements set forth above, these Tournaments are not open to residents of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee and Vermont. If you attempt to participate in any Tournament offered on the Site while located in one of the prohibited states, you will be in violation of these Terms of Service and your account may be terminated.

If you want a "foreign" game to work with other countries you surely have to follow that countries rules. If they(bigpoint/dark orbit) reject or decline that countries rules, then it is not playable from any person(s) within that country. So US laws are valid, for US players though :)

So summing it up, doesn't matter where the producer of the game comes from, whether it's German African or from God knows where, USA have laws, and so do other countries for online games. So if companies want this game avabliable for residents in America, they must follow US laws
