welp what can I do ?

I log in today and I see that's on Turkey 7 and I play on eg4 , then I check my email and see a stupid mail it said this

I changed my password my email etc .. but I entered on turkey 7 a long time ago , but I still don't get why it was on turkey 7 .maybe because of that . or maybe someone was one it . I just want to know . if on the same acc I joined a Turkish server . will I get an email like this after a long time that I didn't log in .asking me for a survey , and also logging me in on a turkish server ? or was somebody on my acc . just so you know .nobody knows my pass or my log in data ..

 

This seems like spam and is probably some attempt to get your user data or other information. I would just delete it and definitely not click on any links it provides.

 

I received the same survey some time ago, it seemed like from BP, and their didn't wanted to know any logging data, etc. I think it really was from BP and they were just curious why I've stop playing

Isn't possible that you accidentally switched the servers? If you didn't, than you should change both email and acc. password.. But if you did, they'd probably send you this survey (because of long inactivity) in the servers language.

 

I didn't switch last time I was on a Turkish server was over a year or so ago .. I changed them both ... but idk it seems from them .but the only thing I don't get is why I got switched to a Turkish server , since I usually log in to my main server .eg4

 

That's why I've told that you should change email and acc. passwords, because there is a possibility that somebody was on your acc.- But it seems inprobable..

 

The email the OP copied is legit, DarkOrbit automatically sends that email when an account is inactive for so long. It is to provide results with how people are satisfied or dissatisfied with the game. I've gotten these before because I log into other servers to check for events but I often forget about them. Now, yes, it is in Turkish, because the account was registered on the Turkey 7 server, which hosts the Turkish language, so it automatically assumes you speak Turkish.

 

yeah I know that but i didn't know that now they log u in the turkish server ,and I didn't know the survey was legit since it was in turkish

 

It isn't a scam it is a survey from bigpoint which doesn't ask for any user data. As a precaution I filled it in from my "quarrantined" computer but it was legit and I put a lot of time into the feedback I gave. The questions it asked are actually useful so I recommend it.

 

If history is worth considering the only benefit to filling in any DO survey;

will be DO picking the bones out of it, to help get more money rather than improving the game.
