Western Union is missing from the payment method

    I cant see Western Union in payment method(my country is Malaysia i use Mol Points) anyone please help

    Support are the ones who decide what payments that they accept. If you aren't seeing your payment method, I suggest contacting support. The reason could be that BP and Western Union don't have a financial relationship, so therefore don't accept money from them. If it was originally on the list of available payment options, it's possible that support has just decided that they aren't able to accept payment from them anymore.

    Thank you for assisting this player with their issue, as you are correct you will need to contact support.

    however the only methods of payment available for your area will be the ones that are currently available in the payment area.
