    When are we getting an update to what you're going to do to fix the game? You keep claiming ddos attacks still???? For less than $500 usd I can prevent any attack to my server. So stop using this as an excuse you started over a month ago.

    TURN GAME OFF IF ITS NOT FIXED, YOU WILL GET NO CUSTOMER REVENUE IF THE GAME STAYS UNPLAYABLE, SO JUST TURN IT OFF AND SPEND SOME MONEY ON OUTSIDE SECURITY.

    ddos attacks are fairly cheap to buy, especially in crypto.
    whoever is doing ddos against bigpoint servers clearly has moneh.

    When are you going to give us (The customers) a response on what is going on?
    You know the reason you people even have a job.

    Game is unplayable for weeks on end. Where is HITAC rewards? Halloween event will be here soon, we need to fix the game before then. Everyone will die in the VoT/ToT gate and you will lose even more customers.
