What can I do when support refuses to help??Where can I go for assistance??

    Today I received the most insulting response from Kara in support regarding problems in US east 1. Not only has she lied over and over again, she insults and belittles people knowing full well she has no intention of helping you in any way. Being a long time customer I assumed that if there was an issue with the game support would help. Boy I was wrong.So now where can I go to get some help with the issues beside being insulted by support whose salary we all pay??

    Moderators here will tell you to go to support. If support won't help you there is no recourse for you. It's totally baffling that DO continues to employ Kara considering how useless she is at her position. Any respectable company would kick an employee to curb if that person received as many complaints as Kara does.

    Hi,

    You can request another person deal with your complaint, however this cannot be guaranteed. You may also ask for someone higher although again we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.


    I am closing this thread before it becomes a support/mod bashing event.
