What do my grand kids mean by "hacked game"

    my kids call this a hacked server. are they right? seems so. new and nice event. (seems somebody is describing them self) but already hacked? (I sure trust my kids more than Bigpoint.) My VERY EXPENSIVE pet has problems, fix when, cant lock on things, fix when, lag /bad CDN, fix when (not always DO / issue, but when i started playing on 56k modem, no lag), deal with when, 40 more bugs that i know of, fix when. i'm not a bad peep, but isn't the greed getting out of control. how about fixing problems before rolling out more junk (peeps already reporting broken. 5/8/15 just past start.) Like you ("BigPoint: did'nt know). That's fine TA and Summit are (hum, not good) (based on company value $$, as well as peeps who know) and (if they are smart) have already sold out for the 4th time, but heck.. why does anyone expect a person to spend money on a broken / hacked game.. no fun here.

    And yes, comments from the gallery are not requested. If the game is not going to be fixed, just shut it down and get it over with. TA is used to writing off losses.

    I am sorry that you feel this way, there is a developers blog that tells the things that are being worked on to improve the game.

    We here in forums are here to offer assistance with in game issues, however we can not make changes to the game. We merely test these items and send the reports in for further testing.

    again, I am sorry that you are not having an enjoyable experience with or game.
