What do you when suppoer ignores you?

    As I stated in the title of this thread.



    What do you do when customer support ignores you? ** oops sorry for the typo on top **

    Who am I supposed to turn to or talk to when they completely ignore my inquiries.
    I am not spamming them, I am giving them more than enough time to answer back.

    Can a TL or ICM please intervene in this issue I am having?
