What Happened To The Extra 10% In Bonus Boxes Reward?

The title of this post says it all- what happened to the promised 10% increase om bonus boxes reward for winnning the domination event? I saw where DDraig said support was aware of the problem but I have not seen anything more since.

Are they making progress with correcting the problem with the reward not being received? Assuming that we are still going to get the bonus box reward will the increased boxes be available for number of days originally promised?

I am not a coder but it doesn't seem like it would involve a great deal of complicated coding to add this little reward.

Moreover it is really hard to imagine that a professional organization like Big Point did not have all the coding written and tested out before the event ever began. I'm not trying to be a hater but honestly this is the sort of thing that really undermines the company's credibility with the players.

My clan leader vipergirl and myself spent very very long nights patrolling and protecting the beacons to help our company win this event. This was our choice to do so but it is particularly frustrating after all that to not receive the promised rewards.

For the record, I know that this is not something the mods have control over so I am in way meaning to disparage the support team. If anything the mods have my sympathy because in these situations they are the ones on the front line that have to handle the flak from the players and since they are also players they probably feel much the same frustrations as the rest of us.

Thank you for letting me express my feelings and thoughts on this. I really wish we had some more direct lines of communication with the company than this because even as I write I realize what a futile meaningless effort this is. I do not believe for a second that Big Point cares at all about my opinion so at best I am just preaching to the choir (the choir being other players) I'm very tempted to just delete this now instead of posting but I know that I am not alone in my frustrations about this.

All pilots who have helped to destroy at least one Demaner Freighter will get a compensation package booked to their account today. This package will contain some EMP-01 bursts and DCR-250 rockets as well as a Havoc drone design.

The bonus pack did not say anything about the bonus boxes it just said the cargo didnt pay out right! Where is our bonus box 10% ? I think we have been robbed! Call the POLICE!

 

Are we ever going to get an update on the 10% bonus box for winning the event? I just dont understand you post info about the frate not paying off right admit the 10% didnt work. Try to make us happy with a few worthless items. And yet still no info on the 10%. If you want the honest players to sitck around the i would say maybe you should be honest and give up what you said you would. Also would like to mention as you took funds for this event you are bound by law to give what you advertise. If you would like the code for this i would be glad to find it for you!

 

I don't really care for it, all this event did was point out the main bug users in the game. Was pointless for mmo or eic on my server to attempt.

 

Well Dream us on us east 1 did a lot of work to win that event. We even managed to fight off the ppl you are talking about. Not only did we win but we managed to do it in style with more then 10k points more then the closest company. MMO ran all the events up till this 1 and EIC band together an took things back over! Awesome team work guys!

 

Event was fun but the lag aftermath wad a lot lol.
