What Is PvE, and how do I unlock Elite/Epic quests?

    What Is PvE, and how do I unlock Elite/Epic quests?
    I'm level 20, and I don't know how to unlock the quests that have the same icon as the Elite Drone designs (Havoc, and Hercules) and the LF-4...
    There are several quests with this marking and are all locked? How can I unlock them?

    PvE is short for Player versus Environment, e.g anything that isn't a player.
    The Elite / Epic quests are unlocked by doing other quests of the same level requirement. If you hover accept button for the Epic quests it should tell you which normal quests you need to complete to unlock them.
