what the????

    no don't open it report to support; it seems something jacked your browser
     
  5. Close the browser and clean it (cookies chahce etc.)

    Login to game again and start.

    And it will work :)

    this happens everytime i jump port... ive cleaned everything deleted all browser history dont the full wack and it still hapens when i jump port... but thank you have a nice day also

    you may have picked up pups IE .potentially unwanted programs if so you will need to run malwarebytes anti-malware as these can cause problems with your system you can run other anti malware programs its just that i use this one coz its free hope this helps
     
  8. If using something other than IE, which hopefully you are :rolleyes:, You can also uninstall the browser, reboot the computer, run virus scan and then re-install the browser. Might fix it.
     
  9. As Psksundance highlighted this is more probably inclined to the internet browser you're using than DarkOrbit itself. If you aren't already using it then I strongly recommend moving to the Google Chrome browser, alternatively clearing your cache, cookies, etc... Could also work if you haven't already attempted that. Again, as Psksundance stated try uninstalling it then reinstalling it back to your desktop and see how that goes.

    i am using google chrome guys ... it happened to another person last night while he jumped from 3-6 to 3-8 so its not just me :) thank you though guys!!

  14. well I did get some audio playback while jumping around but not sure how to get it to play again. I did not find what you had though.

    I would ask, are you a premium member?

    If so are you actively using those hotkeys?

    If you are not using those hot keys could they possibly be in a place that when you jump you are inadvertently clicking on one of them. thus giving you that message.

    Could you please check this and let me know.

    if your premium you get 2 hotbars instead of 1... i only ever use the one as i dont even fill that one up...

    After further investigation, I thought you might be accidentally be clicking on the invisible on... Not the case, we have tested this further and it appears that if you mouse over the Help Icon (?) that notification will appear. If you then use J to jump the portal - that message remains stuck there.

    You merely need to re-log the flight screen for this to stop.

    This will be passed on for further testing, we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

  20. I am not prem on that server and got an ad. I always use the J key to jump on all servers. Can they check that as well?
