whats in a - Name Change..

Thanks for the info on it..

I followed the Instructions for Name Change.. got a conformation and It has changed on the Ranking and for In Flight Screen..

But, when I attempt to Log on.. using a laptop using Windows Vista OS.. one of the Special Characters in both my user name and Password.. Shows up Huge for some Reason and I cant log on.. and the Name Change wont Work.. Log in Still recognizes the Previous Name.. the one Prior to the Name Change..

Does that mean my other Lagtop is also gonna Be.. a "Whale-Lure"

the symbol is the SPADE that is in the middle of my Name..

 

Ohh Great .. now Im a Junior Expert.. I sure hope my X wife dont find out..

 

Name changes don't change your log-in username, just the username that appears on the gamepage and backpage.

No you can't change your log-in name.

 

Thank you very much for assisting this player with their issue.

As you are correct you cannot change your Log-in information.
You can only change your ship Name. The one that is seen on screen by players within the game.

Thank you, for permitting me to address my Insignificant issues here in Forums..

I am Sure, This will mean absolutely nothing, due to the Current Effort to Improve System Security for ALL..

But. To many of us "Old School Players" enjoyed making Name Changes to Fit the Game issues and Current episodes in Server DRAMA ,

but That will now..

Not affect the "Log IN" Procedures..
