    Only the Devs know, since they are the ones who choose to release them in the first place.

    Admins & Mods have said this before.
    They themselves have no idea. Any released information on this will be posted in Official Announcements by the Devs.

    Anyway, I really hope they do come during Christmas, or so, I really want to get my hands on Sovereign :D

    Ok thanks guys, really appreciate help.

    Question still, does different color not same company affect dmg
    my friend got the blue design even though he is mmo and he tested it and the dmg did not change and was actually lower, so must i get green in vru for 7% to work>

    There is a 7% Bonus, and company does not matter; they all behave the same.

    Let this design come out and when my Clan declares WAR, I come in Peace and make Peace....hehe - While my Clans WARs yours it is RED...LOL :rolleyes: I am white o_O;)

    Anyone know if designs came out dduring a holiday?

    I remember seeing it sometime in SEPT or OCT, but that wasn't infleucen event...

    I think DO mods and admisns hould consider realsing it :D:D:
