Where is my stuff?!

okay so i havent played in a LOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGG time, i stopped right about the time P.E.T.S. came into the game, anyway i decide to play it again because it s fun, so i log back on and all my lasers,speed genniess,shield gennies, EVERYTHING is gone, i didnt sell any of it my ship in the map looks full LF-3 (the lasers im missing)

Please help me, im very upset about this because i like many others put real money into this game and now its gone
