Where's the Mothership?

As the title states, where is the progress bar for this mothership?? Since the event goes thru may 25th, will it be out for the last week only or something?

EDIT: here is the only info posted in the official announcement:

"• We’re expecting Gygerim and his minions to invade our territory during the event."

I assumed as soon as the minions were out, the progress bar for the mothership would come with them, and it has not. Could the community get some clarification as to how this part of the event works?? Is this the plan? Is this a glitch?

Any clarification would be appreciated.

EDIT: there were never bonus boxes on b maps, that has been cleared up.
