    Hi, i am not getting any e-mails. I get my payment conformation of course but don't get any letters explaining event or do i get my free ammo or anything. I used to but it just stopped. Can you explain how i can whitelisting your e-mail address with my e-mail provider.

    Click on the Gear Icon next to the Question Mark Icon (?) in the top right corner of your back page. This will open up your account settings. Then click on the newsletter tab and ensure its still enabled. After some updates I noticed this selection resets to disabled. Good luck.

    Oh, White List... Check all your mail folders for any emails from Dark Orbit and add the sending address to your contacts list. Also, if you find any of them in the junk mail folder, move them to your inbox, or another good folder. Most emails make some rules thinking what ever email that is in the junk/bulk mail folder should always go there....

    Ok i moved some Dark Orbit stuff to another folder hope it works.Thanks

    If you are receiving confirmations from purchase then you are able to receive emails from Dark Orbit, if you are not receiving the newsletter emails, you will need to register your account for that particular game item.

    Go to this FAQ to see how to Register for the Newsletter.

    I hope this helps to resolve your issue.
