why does nothing work on my ship

    I have bought the premier GOLD package I have won designs in the auction and the painters haven't turned up,the cargo bay expandtion unit doesn't do anything at all and automatic refining is a dream... WHY?

    If you have premium to get automatic refining click settings, go to gameplay, and click the automatic refining box. for it to actually work you have to gather enough resources from cargos.

    you could be equipping it on the wrong ship, only one config, or you just didnt notice that it worked.
