Why i didn't get a free spear head code?

    Hi a few of my friends got a free spear head and a hangar code and was just wondering why i didn't get one sent to my email too.

    are you signed up for the DO newsletter and also some people got a spearhead while others got a different package. make sure to check your junk mail to.

    I wouldn't worry about it so much as it was only a selected number (random) of people that got the spearhead package. I for one didn't recieve the spearhead but I did get the ammo, gg spins, etc. voucher code. I actually found it in my spam folder and was happy to get the voucher code. Would of been nice to get the spearhead package but it is what it is, of course there is going to be players out there that think that they should get it too but it is random picks that recieve the package. So I wouldn't get all upset if you didn't get it, at least DO is giving out free stuff. For the free player its awesome, but like myself I pay to play and not going to cry over not getting the spearhead...lol:cool:

    All in all we do become selfish in many ways and when someone gets something good the automatic question is "Where's mine?" and if we don't recieve the same treatment we feel cheated in some way or another. I for one don't count on the freebies and work my ship to the bone to achieve success, so far its all paying off!:rolleyes:

    I got the Ultimate Gamers Club one, then the Regular one, but i didnt get the Spearhead one

    well i got it and dont need it have 1 i think thats why i got 1

    Thank you all for assisting with this thread.

    Voucher codes differ from player to player and they are randomly distributed.
    To know more about subscribing to Newsletter please click this link> Newsletter Registration FAQ
    Also voucher code is sent to players during special occasions, game update etc.
    If you were not subscribed to newsletter at the time they were sent out, you won't receive any voucher code.
    Regarding players who didn't receive voucher codes they can always Contact Support for further assistance.

    Closing as answered/ directed to support.
