why my ship can't received bonus from invited friend

    actually ive invited my friend and his now playing, but my ship havent received anything on log invitation

    a) Is your friend level 10 or above?
    b) Do you share the same IP address?

    a) yes he is level 12 now sir
    b) no sir, his from other country , his my facebook friend
    may i share the screen shot?
    i am invited him, but not enter to coloumb accepted.....
    my log accepted friend is nothing now ><

    Based on that i am going to have to ask you to send your issue to support since they should have the tools available to them to look into this with greater detail for you, since here in the forum there is only so much assistance we can provide for certain issues.

    When you contact support, please be sure to send them the username of your friend so they can confirm the details on his side also.
