Why ?

Do you have to keep poking around at the game, now we have a stupid box on the minimap. It's horrible. Also I play with no background, but now have one on the minimap, turn it off in settings, jump map guess what ?

So so fed up with this game.

if anyone from dark orbits/big points office can read this, i have also been a paying player for a number of years and although i'm a patient person, my patience is wearing thin with this game, from glitchy maps to losing connection and also from unfair rewards on galaxy gates, i'm ready for leaving dark orbit for good. seriously thinking of cancelling my service with this game and just log on to see when issues have been resolved and maybe, just maybe pay when galaxy gates are on a fixed win service instead of the "chance" factor. good day

blue dot is so annoying on the mini map when u use ship screen to move ,,also why is my ship hiding inside the cube

i attack cube, just as prots come out of cube the cube and prots disappear, im still locked onto the invisible cube but not firing. then i remain locked on it and cannot attack anything else, my ship is fixated on the cube, i go to port and cant get out of map. only option is to log out. then im ok.
also players cant pinpoint where cloakers are due to blue circle cement logo being on minimap

Has to be the worst update ever, if I hadn't invested so much time and money, yes money, I'm stupid enough to pay for this ......... well not sure how to describe it, politely, I would be off, my retirement from the game is drawing ever closer. Time to look for something playable.

Well said ..DC.., about time DO/Boggpoint did something that we all agree on, not there stupid ideal's of update's and did'nt spell Boggpoint wrong...... Maybe they will get the message!!!!

 

Said this in chat, i'll say here:

If this was tested on the TEST SERVER which has the exact same game code environment as the standard servers, but with the update added on to test compliance and compatibilty, why is it so bugged up when it goes live on a server, IE: GB1.

The test server should be run none stop, for weeks with new content, to get full feedback, and for full testing to users can find EVERY SINGLE BUG.

Think of it this way, would BMW release a car onto the forecourts without installing the breaks? NO.

Make the test server more useful, run it longer.

 

lool the upside is least now we can get on, wait till they try to fix the issues and game breaks further that will be inevitable

 

Hello all,

I understand that you are all currently frustrated with the game on GB1 but please be patient whilst the issues get resolved. This update has been on the test server for the past few weeks and many issues have already been fixed, but the test server can only provide so much information compared to a normal server.

Great Britain 1 is unfortunate that you guys are often the first to experience any updates before they get put across to all the other servers which is what is currently happening. The update is currently only running on Great Britain 1 and Germany 1 so that support can find and fix any further issues that arise before the update goes on the other servers.

I understand the current issues are frustrating to deal with, and there may be some changes that feel weird or that you don't like, but once the issues have been fixed the update is designed to improve the game performance.

Therefore please be patient (even if it may be tough), the issues will get resolved shortly.

issues lol , currently cant shoot npcs it freezes game screen and then closes window, nmy that lock u can still see u on mini map after you port out and return ages after( still show on mini map) , the stupid blue dot on mini map and to top it off my pets used a full tank of fuel without being used ? thats enough for me im gone better things to do that try play a game that doesnt work half the time .

 

The reason why is BigPoint does not care. That is the reason all this is happening, they take our money provide sub par game and then blame it all on your pc that can run any other game just not their mediocre game. Thats what you get a cut and paste response after you spent all that time explaining your issue, they are a crap company that I hope never ever buys another one. This game is absolute junk after bigpoint got their hands on it

Patience is requested, how about my boosters recharged and my unclaimed uri and ammo supplied???? Do that when you ask for patience, cause you don't accept patience as payment

gift cards, debit and credit, pay pal, all kinds of ways to pay but one very shallow and biased way to get the service you paid for.

I will take 3 million uri as compensation for your lack of effort in providing a game experience I paid for to begin with.
