lol, that's so expensive for something that isn't even best in slot

 

Cant race Synk hunting with botters. Its been like 12 years and BP couldnt do anything with botters and punishing, just placed a very bad "bot" in the game. Nice...

 

I think the Frozen Labyrinth event has been around for about 5 or 6 years. It should be a well-oiled machine by now. No glitches, just smooth sailing.
Every year, we have similar issues, like the game freezing, being unable to connect because of overload, extreme--and VERY OBVIOUS--botting, etc.
Every year, I fill out support tickets. Some of the issues are the same ones, year after year. Nothing ever get fixed. Not in the future, not in real time. I'm told tickets have been filled out, but the issues aren't resolved, as they happen again the next year, leading me to believe the tickets end up in the recycle bin. And I don't believe I've ever seen a fix in real time so that it starts working again during a session.
Every day this season for this event, there have been issues. Issues that make it unplayable. By my estimations, I've lost about 2 days worth of this event due to game issues.
Right now, I'm frozen in the starter FL map, unable to do anything. Can't jump, can't click on any aliens, nothing. This is the 4 hour stretch. Eventually, it will disconnect me, and I will not be able to reestablish the connection until the end of the session. Then it will magically connect, meanwhile, other players will not have been frozen and then disconnected and were able to play the FL. This is unfair that some people are booted off and can't get back on while others aren't.
Sometimes, the game freezes mid-jump to another map and takes my keys. Support won't refund them.
Also, why ask for feedback from players if it's going to be ignored and not acted upon?

Do you even read these replies? Support won't address the problems with this event except to say they put in a ticket--going on 5 or so years now.
What happened to the tickets we put in 5 years ago but the same issues remain? No one will answer me on that. Why is our time being wasted like this?
Is there any way you can light a fire and get them to fix these well known, ongoing issues that have NOT been fixed and have only gotten worse over nearly TWO DECADES before the event ends tomorrow? Do you even play this game? If so, are you on a server where these events actually work? I've never seen you once respond to any of my feedback. Ever.
If you're not going to pass along the feedback YOU ask for, or if you do but it falls on deaf ears, please don't even bother posting a link to it.
So, I'm going to ask again, nicely, one last time --WILL YOU PLEASE ASK WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT TO FIX THE GAME FREEZING AND THE SYNK NOT SPAWNING IN REAL TIME BEFORE THE EVENT ENDS?!
